The national standard GB17761 "General Electric Power Bicycle " back in 1999 had been promulgated. According to the national standard, the electric power bicycle is a special bike that the battery as an auxiliary energy, with two wheels which can achieve human riding, moving, electric or electronic properties. To achieve human riding is an important feature of electric power bicycle. Standard clearly states that " electric power bicycle riding must have a good foot function, foot of 30 minutes driving distance should not be less than 7km”.
