All the problems are urgent at present. The most important one is that the traffic management of electric scooter should be further strengthened. In some cities especially in the suburb, there are a large number of electric scooters which is modified, exceeded, speeding, unlicensed, undocumented. There is a big security risk for their large number of traffic violations. Second, many places have the "PRC Road Traffic Safety Law" provides for the accident relief fund. However electric scooter could not receive the fund from accident. Third, electric scooter traffic violations still exist, and have not fundamentally eliminated. Meanwhile, a lack of trailers, cranes and surrounding parking lots have reduced the power of law enforcement.

It is not enough to have a further development of electric scooter in just electric scooter industry. So the supports of other related industries are necessary to the growth ofelectric scooter industry in the future.
